Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We currently have a 1-3 business day handling time, which means once your order is placed and a payment is cleared, we will have your order prepped, packaged, labeled and in the mailing carriers hands within 1-3 business days. After that, the shipping time is determined by the shipping method and carrier selection at check out.

*EXCEPTION*

Pre-Order items. When you order an item on pre order, your entire order will ship on the specified date of your pre-ordered items.

 

Returns

We do not accept returns. This is a strictly a safety and hygiene related concern. All of our products and handmade and hand packaged, and if items were shipped out and returned, there is no instance where the items would be reused, repurposed, or resold for safety and hygiene concerns. If there is an issue with your order, or items within your order, please Contact Us directly and we will do whatever we can to make the situation right!
